Purchase & Price

How much does the Musea Brugge Card cost and are there any discounts?+

Standard (26 and over): €49. Reduced (18-25 years): €37. Youth (13-17 years): €25. Children up to 12 years enter the museums free of charge and do not need their own card. See the prices page for full details.

How do I receive the card after purchasing?+

You purchase the card online and immediately receive a voucher by e-mail, ready for your smartphone or to print out. Simply scan the voucher at the entrance of the first museum you visit.

Is the voucher on my phone enough?+

Yes. You do not need a printed card - the voucher on your smartphone is sufficient. It will be scanned at the entrance.

Is the card worth it?+

The card pays for itself after just three or four museums compared to buying individual tickets. As most venues are within easy walking distance of each other in the historic city centre, you can comfortably visit several in a single day. You can find all included museums on the attractions page.

Validity & Use

When does the card's validity begin?+

Your voucher is activated when you scan it at the entrance of your first museum visit. From that moment, the 72-hour validity runs continuously. Until first use, the start date remains flexible.

How long is the card valid?+

72 consecutive hours, counted from the first scan. During this period you can visit each included venue once free of charge.

How many times can I visit the museums?+

Each venue can be visited once free of charge with the card. A second visit to the same museum requires a separate ticket.

Is there priority entry?+

With the card you go directly to the entrance without buying a ticket at the box office - you simply scan your voucher. There is no dedicated fast-track lane, but you do save time by not having to queue at the ticket desk.

Can several people share one card?+

The card is personal and non-transferable. Each person visiting the museums needs their own card. The only exception is children up to 12 years, who enter free of charge anyway.

Public Transport

Does the card include public transport?+

No. The Musea Brugge Card is a museum pass only and is not valid as a ticket for buses or trains.

Can I use the card to travel from the airport into the city?+

No. The card does not cover travel from the airport or railway station. It only unlocks free entry to the included museums.
