What services are included in the City Pass? +

The Musea Brugge Card allows free one-time admission to 12 major museums and attractions in Bruges within 72 hours.

The included attractions include the Belfort (Belfry), the Groeningemuseum and the City Hall (Stadhuis).

How does the activation of the pass work and how long is it valid? +

The Musea Brugge Card is automatically activated on the first visit to a participating museum and is valid for 72 hours from that time.

The first use can be made up to one year after purchase.

Is admission to attractions possible once or several times? +

Each attraction included in the pass can only be visited once free of charge with the Musea Brugge Card.

Is the pass also valid as a ticket for local public transport? +

No, the Musea Brugge Card serves exclusively as a museum pass and does not entitle you to use public transport.

Is there fast track entry to certain attractions? +

Yes, with the Musea Brugge Card, visitors can bypass the ticket office and go directly to the entrance of the museums and sights.

For which age groups are there discounts? +

Young people aged 13 to 17 pay €17 and young adults aged 18 to 25 pay €25 for the Musea Brugge Card (standard price from age 26: €33).

Children up to the age of 12 have free admission to museums in Bruges (up to the age of 6 in the Belfry) and do not need their own card.

Where and how do I get the pass after purchase? +

The Musea Brugge Card is available both online (e.g. via Tiqets) and at the museum ticket offices on site.

When purchasing online, you receive a digital pass (e.g. as a smartphone ticket or printable voucher).

Can the pass be canceled or refunded? +

Yes, when purchasing via Tiqets.com, the Musea Brugge Card can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
